Dear Mamas,
I am so excited to announce that I am now offering zoom gatherings for teens and their Mamas. Our daughters are our future Mothers. Whether they decide to have children or not, these little Queens will be Mothers of this world. Let us prepare them to be wise stewards of their bodies, minds and spirits. Let us guide, support and protect them and their innocence by offering them wisdom and tools to cherish and honor their spirits. Young Queens need strength and support in these times. As an adult I can see all the areas in my life where I wish I had known better. When you know better, you do better and then we can pass that love onto the next generation.
We will gather twice a month and each gathering will have a theme. Some of the topics we will discuss is:
Menstruation, body image, health, intuition, self love, hygiene, friendship, nutrition, integrity, energy systems, feelings, exercise, sexuality, honoring the body, focus and will power, clarity, dreaming, self trust, peer pressure, AI and technology, and much more.
