About me:
I'm passionate about guiding & witnessing souls move through transformation. With fourteen years of experience, I draw from my training in the: Yogic Sciences, Shamanic traditions, Feminine Arts, Spiritual Response Therapy, Integrative Energy Healing ~ blending ancient wisdom with modern psychology, and somatic practices to restore balance and return to oneness. I partner with you to claim your innate power, return to wholeness, and deepen in your reverence of life-no matter the circumstance. Liberation is an inside job and can be accessed by all who choose it. I am well versed in the trials of life :) it is my experiences through life's initiations of: death - teenage motherhood, single parenting, womb dis-ease—and a spiritual awakening that shook me to my core that has deepened my wisdom and compassion and shaped my capacity to hold space for others. |
As a spiritual midwife, I partner with you to transform what is not you, and claim all that you are. To awaken and re-member your wholeness. and to assist you in re-birthing yourself while simultaneously dying to who you were. Life and death are two sides of the same coin and both are valuable in the alchemy of transformation. I look forward to journeying beside you and creating a pathway of change that nourishes you in all ways. Together we will make peace with chaos and use all of it to open our hearts. Through lots of laughter and tears we make lots of lemonade. Though my roots are in New York (Turtle Island), I’ve traveled the world and have lived in Malta, Southern France, and Italy. I am a winged one with strong roots, and my heart is warm with deep belly laughter. I look forward to discovering who you are. |

“The desire to go home that is a desire to be whole, to know where you are, to be the point of intersection of all the lines drawn through all the stars, to be the constellation-maker and the center of the world, that center called love. To awaken from sleep, to rest from awakening, to tame the animal, to let the soul go wild, to shelter in darkness and blaze with light, to cease to speak and be perfectly understood.”
