A little about me:

I'm passionate about guiding men, women and children through soulful transformation. With more than a decade of experience, I draw from my training in the Yogic Sciences, Shamanic traditions, Feminine Arts, blending ancient wisdom with modern psychology and somatic practices to restore balance and wholeness. I partner with you to claim your innate power, heal ancestral/trauma, express fully, and live authentically. Liberation is an inside job!

It is my own personal journey—through life's initiations of: death - teenage motherhood, single parenting, womb dis-ease—and a spiritual awakening that shook me to my core :) that has deepened my wisdom and shaped my capacity to hold space for others.

As a spiritual midwife, I partner with you to transform what is not you, and claim all that you are.  To awaken and heal (to re-member your wholeness). and to assist you in re-birthing yourself while simultaneously dying to who you were.  Life and death are two sides of the same coin and both are valuable in the alchemy of transformation.  I look forward to journeying beside you and creating a pathway of change that nourishes you in all ways.
