My Story : Once, I suffered a traumatic heart break and my entire system was debilitated and I was unable to move. My emotions were flooding me with rage, fear, grief and violence. I believed I was having a heart attack. The heart pain was so intense and physical, it obstructed my ability to move my upper body. Simultaneously my womb was grieving and a catastrophic storm of rage ensued me. My Whole being ached and was pulsing like sirens were sounding through my bones. My nervous system couldn’t contain it, circuit overload!
I told Spirit, please just take me, it hurts too deep, I cannot live in a world like this.
And then I felt her – the blackness – the primordial nothingness -
An energy moved through my body – slow and deep like black stillness - with deep reverence for me, she said, I am going to heal you!
