Details:  We meet on zoom March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30th
We are meeting at 11 am New York time - 4:00 UK for the first week. I am feeling this can be fluid weekly as I get input from the group and their schedules.
Sessions run 75 Minutes Per Week

All will be recorded, but it is recommended to attend live as often as possible
It is literally like five personal 1 on 1 sessions with me only with the power of a group pod (wherever 2 or more gather) :)
Optional But Encouraged: You can join me in a light fasting to cleanse the body through March ~ As well as create a sensual fun exercise program to open the body
